CP Rail International, the exclusive marketing and distribution agency for BritRail has enhanced an existing bargain, creating a new deal for tourists heading for Britain.
The recognised top value BritRail London Plus Pass for visitors touring southeast England by train has been improved with the addition of Airport Express train transfer vouchers and the inclusion of extended rail destinations like Bath, Bristol and Stratford upon Avon.
A two-day Standard Class BritRail London Plus Pass (including two Airport Express vouchers) starts at just $161. A round-trip Heathrow Express ticket bought separately costs $72.
You do the math to find that for very little extra the London-Plus provides two days of unlimited rail travel all over southeast England and beyond. Four and seven-day versions are also available, as is a First Class option.
The ticket is good news for London-based travellers who want to take day trips and return to the capital each evening.
It is flexible for short or long stays, allowing you to use your rail travel days non-consecutively.
Destinations like the university towns of Oxford and Cambridge, the seaside resort of Brighton and the cathedral city of Salisbury remain on the itinerary but with the boundary extension of the ticket, Jane Austen's Bath and Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon are now in the mix.

All of London's international airports have rail stations. Airport Express trains to and from London leave every 15 to 20 minutes. With Rail-Plus it matters not if you are travelling through Heathrow, Gatwick or Stansted.
Heathrow becomes just a 15-minute ride from London's Paddington Station; Gatwick is 30 minutes away from London Victoria; and Stansted is just 40 minutes from Liverpool Street Station. Faldo to the fore
CAMBODIA'S gradual claim for respectability has been given a boost with the arrival of world-class golf on its tourism menu.
The new Nick Faldo course at Siem Reap, better known as jump-off for Angkor Wat, has linked with the top notch Victoria Angkor Resort and Spa property to offer a three-day, two-night inclusive package priced at US$251pp twin share.
The deal includes accommodation, daily breakfast, round-trip airport transfers, a round of golf on the stunning new course (with caddy) and transport to and from the greens.
Non-golfer partners can opt for a half-day pampering spa package.
Nick Faldo is enthusiastic about his new “beautiful, tropical course'' with its generous fairways, bold bunkers and subtle greens.
The golf package also allows plenty of time to visit the World Heritage-listed Angkor temples, a few minutes drive from the resort. Cruise, Blues and Rock n Roll
